About the Founder
Julien NEGRI, a French engineer specialized in plastic materials, embodies the visionary spirit behind Aqua-Module, a company dedicated to innovation in the field of marine buoys. He graduated from the Textile and Chemical Institute (ITECH) in Lyon and holds a master’s degree in science and technology with a specialization in plastic materials technologies and transformations from the University Jean Monnet in Saint-Étienne.
His passion for research and development has led him to exceptional achievements. His expertise has been honed through diverse missions, ranging from rheology research for Michelin to the implementation of ISO 9001 certifications. In 2011, his entrepreneurial spirit gave birth to Aqua-Module, a startup devoted to the design, development, and manufacturing of revolutionary marine buoys, ushering in a new era in this field. Since then, Julien Negri has been fully dedicated as the President and CEO of this innovative company, propelling Aqua-Module to unparalleled heights of innovation and quality.

Julien Negri has revolutionized the aquatic industry with his invention of the “Smart Buoy,” a connected illuminated buoy at the heart of Aqua-Module’s technological solutions. These patented connected illuminated buoys represent a major advancement in the safety and management of aquatic spaces.
